We are DARA DANCE UNIT, a heterogeneous group of people focused on exchange and dance. Our core is Afro Dance, which we blend with other styles belonging to the Black Community. Dance is the heart of our foundation, we express ourselves through our bodies, channeling our inner energies and always tributing our history, life, and soul. We are part of the BEAFRIKA ITALY PROGRAM and we are members of the BLACKNESS FESTIVAL.
NADEGE OKOUNady is a Talent Consulting & Career Management for Dancers. She builds dedicated pathway for dancers who want to structure and develop their careers with clarity and professionalism, supporting artists in defining their artistic positioning and image strategy, building meaningful networking opportunities, and shaping strategic projects aligned with their goals. I also provide contractual and organizational guidance to help them navigate the professional landscape with confidence and direction.
DARA CORPSDara is a collective that brings together dance, culture, and identity within a single artistic vision. Our primary language is Afro dance, which we weave together with other styles belonging to the Black community and related traditions, creating a contemporary, powerful, and constantly evolving fusion. We are a group of women with different origins, stories, and life paths — yet united by one constant: dance is our core, our means of expression, our body speaking. Within the collective, different personalities coexist: professional and semi-professional dancers who study, perform, and work in dance through Afro dance and beyond.
DRC COMPANY In 2025 DRC Company is born, the official company of Dara Corps. It is a performance-based project that brings research, identity, and movement to the stage through original productions and both national and international artistic collaborations. We offer dance classes, workshops and intensives, cultural and artistic events, charity initiatives, and community events. All our activities are designed to highlight the value of dance and foster genuine connections among people, artists, and communities.
BEAFRIKA BeAfrika is a one-of-a-kind intensive dance program. Created in Paris by international dancer and teacher Bad Gyal Cassie, it places passion, connection, and continuous training at its core. It takes place in Milan with a once-a-month format: 8 hours of training at each session with national and international teachers, designed for those who want to grow, deepen their practice, and push beyond their limits.
